Itinerary

Arrival at “Mother Teresa” airport in Tirana.
On arrival you will be welcomed by one of our agents, then transfer to Tirana, the Albanian capital founded at the beginning of the 17th century by Sulejman Pasha.
The city of Tirana has undergone a significant transformation in recent years, from a gray and dull post-communist city to a colorful, vibrant and dynamic city. Skanderbeg Square, located in the center of the city, is a popular meeting point for locals and tourists.

This morning you leave for the town of Kruja.
Kruja is a historic town located in central Albania, known for its medieval castle, traditional market and museum dedicated to the Albanian national hero Skanderbeg. Here are some suggestions for visiting Kruja
Kruja Castle: Kruja Castle is the main attraction of the town. The castle dates from the 5th century and has been rebuilt several times over the centuries. It offers stunning views of the city and the surrounding region.
Kruja Bazaar: Kruja Bazaar is one of the oldest bazaars in Albania and is filled with shops selling local handicrafts. There you will find carpets, jewelry, souvenirs and traditional clothing.
Skanderbeg National Museum: The museum is dedicated to the Albanian national hero Skanderbeg, who fought the Ottomans in the 15th century. The museum houses Skanderbeg's personal items, weapons and armor, as well as paintings and sculptures.
Then you leave towards Durres.
It is the second largest city in Albania and serves as an important economic and cultural center of the country.
Durres has a rich history and has been inhabited since ancient times, with evidence of Greek and Roman settlements. It was an important port during the Byzantine and Ottoman empires and was a center of Albanian culture and identity.
Today, Durres is a vibrant city with vibrant nightlife, popular beaches, historic sites such as the Roman Amphitheater and Durres Fortress, and cultural festivals throughout the year. The city is also known for its delicious cuisine, especially fresh seafood and fish.

You are going to explore the museum town of Berat.
It is often nicknamed the "city of a thousand windows" due to its traditional architecture, characterized by white stone houses with many windows overlooking the river and surrounding mountains.
Berat is an ancient city, dating back to Illyrian times, and has been continuously inhabited for over 2,400 years. It was included on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2008 due to its architectural richness and historical importance.
Among the most popular tourist sites in Berat is the Berat Fortress, which is located on a hill and offers stunning views of the city and its surroundings. Inside is the Onufri Museum, which houses a collection of paintings and icons.
Stroll through the historic district of Mangalem, with its narrow streets and traditional stone houses. Berat is also known for its production of quality wine and olive oil, as well as its traditional Albanian cuisine.

After breakfast, departure to the “stone town” of Gjirokastër.
Listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site in 2005.

The town is perched on a rocky hillside and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the Drinos River valley. It is often nicknamed the "city of stone", as many buildings were constructed of stone and wood in a traditional Ottoman architectural style.
Places to visit in Gjirokastra include Gjirokastra Castle, which was built in the 13th century and now houses a historical museum. The town's bazaar is also a popular attraction, with its narrow cobbled streets, artisan shops and outdoor cafes.
