Today we'll head to the Mrizi i Zanave agro-tourism farm, a popular destination in Albania, renowned for its unique blend of traditional Albanian cuisine, fresh local produce and an authentic rural experience. We'll take a tour of the farm. We'll also learn about the farm's history and how it has created jobs for over 400 people in the surrounding area. The farm collects, processes and preserves fresh local organic regional produce. We'll also learn how this family-run business has adapted some former communist buildings to serve as storage for locally produced organic produce. You'll have free time to enjoy a traditional lunch or buy fresh produce from the farm.
